Tate is the Principal Broker of 1031 Land Group. He brings over 5 years of land sales and consulting experience and has sold over $35 million in land investments throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Tate is a highly recognized land investment broker in Georgia and has built strong relationships with land investors from all over the United States. Tate enjoys hunting, fishing, the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Political Science from Presbyterian College.
Ryan Folk
Land Investment Consultant
Ryan has been in the land business for 4 years and has sold over $25 million of land throughout the Southeast United States. Prior to the land business, Ryan spent 6 years traveling the country selling and implementing supply chain and human resource software solutions for various Fortune 1000 companies. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys playing golf, the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Business from Jacksonville State University.

Land Investment Consultant
Bill grew up on a farm outside of Swainsboro, Georgia. He has a passion for land and enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Prior to real estate, Bill was instrumental in implementing and managing safety and environmental processes and procedures for multi billion dollar companies. He was a Sigma Chi from Georgia Southern University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management with a concentration in Industrial Safety and Environmental Compliance.
Haylee Free
Residential Marketing Consultant
Haylee began her career in real estate right out of college. She spent two years at one of Statesboro’s local real estate companies specializing in residential sales. During that time she was awarded Statesboro Board of Realtor’s 2004 Rookie of the Year. Haylee is an active member of the Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service of Statesboro. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Georgia Southern University and was a Zeta Tau Alpha and GSU’s 2003 Homecoming Queen.
Payton Neely
Land Investment, Mapping & Forestry Consultant
Payton brings over 11 years of forestry consulting experience and 6 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent in Georgia. He provides Forestry Consulting services as well as GPS and GIS land and feature mapping. Payton is an integral part of our mapping and marketing campaigns. His interests include hunting, fishing, automotive restoration and spending time with family. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of Georgia and is a registered Forester in Georgia.
